From the buzzing kitchens of Melbourne's finest restaurants to quiet moments spent recreating our mothers’ recipes at home, our journey was never linear — but always flavour-packed. We weren't just looking to open a restaurant. We wanted to recreate the kind of food that hugged the soul and sparked conversations around the table.

So, we took the leap. No business plan thick enough to pad our fall, just an obsession with food, fearless creativity, and a belief that people were ready for something real. Bold flavours, vibrant spices, and a menu that honoured our roots while embracing the unexpected — that became our signature. And yes, people said we were crazy. That it wouldn’t work. That we were, well... idiots. Turns out, they were right. But they forgot that the best stories — and the best dishes — come from the boldest choices.
